Responsibilities Role Summary We are seeking a seasoned and strategic L2 IT Manager to lead our IT Back-Office and Data Services organization in Cebu. This senior leadership position oversees two critical domains: ERP and Data Services Support. As a key member of the IT leadership team, the Senior Manager is responsible for ensuring enterprise-grade support, effective project delivery, and continuous improvement across SAP, business applications, and data platforms. This role acts as a bridge between global business needs and technical solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, operational goals, and delivery timelines. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Strategy Provide leadership and direction to the IT Back-Office and Data Services teams. Align local execution with global IT Back Office Enablement strategy and initiatives. Foster a high-performance culture focused on innovation, accountability, and collaboration. Partner with cross-functional leaders to ensure systems and services meet evolving business needs. ERP Testing & Configuration Lead the IT ERP Testing organization, ensuring robust functional testing and test automation practices across SAP and related systems. Oversee test planning, execution, defect tracking, and release readiness. Drive continuous improvement in testing processes, frameworks, and quality assurance methodologies. Ensure compliance with enterprise standards for testing and configuration management. Data & Analytics Support Manage the Data & Analytics Support team to deliver stable, scalable, and high-quality support for BI platforms, data pipelines, and analytics tools. Oversee incident resolution, performance tuning, and proactive monitoring of data services. Ensure data platforms are optimized to support timely and accurate decision-making. Collaborate with global stakeholders to prioritize enhancements and drive service excellence. Project & Operational Excellence Collaborate with global and regional IT teams to align on architecture, security, and delivery frameworks. Manage resource planning, budget tracking, and team capacity to ensure consistent service delivery. Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives across tools, processes, and team capabilities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of progressive IT experience, including at least 3 years in a people management role. Proven experience managing data platforms (e.g., BI tools, data pipelines, analytics environments). Demonstrated success in leading global teams and aligning with enterprise IT strategies. Solid understanding of Agile, DevOps, and ITIL practices. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration skills. How to Apply Are you an innovator?
