This senior leadership position oversees two critical domains: ERP and Data Services Support.As a key member of the IT leadership team, the Senior Manager is responsible for ensuring enterprise-grade support, effective project delivery, and continuous improvement across SAP, business applications, and data platforms. This role acts as a bridge between global business needs and technical solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, operational goals, and delivery timelines.**Key Responsibilities:****Leadership & Strategy*** Provide leadership and direction to the IT Back-Office and Data Services teams.* Align local execution with global IT Back Office Enablement strategy and initiatives.* Foster a high-performance culture focused on innovation, accountability, and collaboration.* Partner with cross-functional leaders to ensure systems and services meet evolving business needs.**ERP Testing & Configuration*** Lead the IT ERP Testing organization, ensuring robust functional testing and test automation practices across SAP and related systems.* Oversee test planning, execution, defect tracking, and release readiness.* Drive continuous improvement in testing processes, frameworks, and quality assurance methodologies.* Ensure compliance with enterprise standards for testing and configuration management.**Data & Analytics Support*** Manage the Data & Analytics Support team to deliver stable, scalable, and high-quality support for BI platforms, data pipelines, and analytics tools.* Oversee incident resolution, performance tuning, and proactive monitoring of data services.* Ensure data platforms are optimized to support timely and accurate decision-making.* Collaborate with global stakeholders to prioritize enhancements and drive service excellence.**Project & Operational Excellence*** Collaborate with global and regional IT teams to align on architecture, security, and delivery frameworks.* Manage resource planning, budget tracking, and team capacity to ensure consistent service delivery.* Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives across tools, processes, and team capabilities.**Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.* Minimum of 10 years of progressive IT experience, including at least 3 years in a people management role.* Strong background in SAP ERP testing, quality assurance, and test automation frameworks.* Proven experience managing data platforms (e.g., BI tools, data pipelines, analytics environments).* Demonstrated success in leading global teams and aligning with enterprise IT strategies.* Solid understanding of Agile, DevOps, and ITIL practices.* Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration skills.**Global Privacy Notice**Lexmark is committed to appropriately protecting and managing any personal information you share with us.
