We’re at the very beginning of a hockey‑stick growth curve, and we need a Head of Growth to take our customer acquisition efforts to the next level. In 2025, we’re working on building world‑class apps and refining our e‑commerce experience to create an even more sensational gifting journey. We’re also seeing rising demand from corporate clients and need someone to help shape the tools to meet this incoming need. The Role We're hiring a Partnerships Operations Analyst to help day‑to‑day operations for our Affiliate Marketplace and Corporate Gifting programs. You'll be responsible for keeping our systems organized, our data clean, and our processes running efficiently. This is a hands‑on role supporting a fast‑growing partnerships team. Responsibilities Manage our CRM including pipeline tracking and reporting Build and maintain operational spreadsheets and dashboards in Google Sheets Ensure data accuracy across all systems and platforms Create and document standard operating procedures Support the partnerships team with deal coordination and administrative tasks Handle invoicing, payment tracking, and order fulfillment Identify process improvements and implement solutions Prepare weekly and monthly reports for leadership Requirements 8+ years experience in operations, sales operations, or business operations Advanced Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis) Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot or Salesforce) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Self‑motivated and able to work independently Based in Philippines with 4+ hours overlap with US Pacific Time Nice to have: Experience with affiliate marketing platforms Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, etc.) Previous startup experience Why Join On Me ✨ Make an impact – Shape critical revenue operations at a fast‑growing, venture‑backed startup Remote flexibility – Work from anywhere with autonomy and opportunities for professional growth Own your work – High trust, high ownership culture where your contributions directly influence company success Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function Management and Manufacturing Industries Technology, Information and Internet #J-18808-Ljbffr
