Overview Join a dynamic entrepreneur who operates both an established auto body shop and a thriving speaking/consulting business with an active podcast . This role offers diverse experience across traditional business operations and modern digital marketing — supporting content creation, social media management, and business operations. You’ll serve as the marketing backbone for a multi-faceted entrepreneur, managing content creation and digital presence across two distinct businesses. This position combines creative content work with strategic administrative support, offering exposure to both traditional business operations and the fast-paced world of digital consulting and podcasting. You’ll work directly with the business owner, taking ownership of social media strategies, podcast production workflows, and client communications that drive real business results. Job Highlights Hourly Rate: Php 250-330Role Name: Marketing AssistantSchedule: Part-time (20 hours per week); flexible routine but must organize meetings within Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CSTClient Timezone: CST (Chicago)Work Arrangement: Work from homeContract: Independent Contractor Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an Independent Contractor, the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are based on hourly rates, which depend on performance. Key Responsibilities Create engaging social media content using Canva for both the auto body shop and consulting businesses Schedule and manage social media posts across multiple platforms Write and distribute weekly newsletters for both business entities Produce and publish weekly blog articles on company websites Upload podcast shorts to YouTube and coordinate with the production team Create podcast transcripts, summary sheets, and manage guest communications Handle speaking engagement contracts and logistics coordination Manage email communications and appointment scheduling across both businesses Distribute promotional materials to podcast guests and maintain episode promotion cycles Provide comprehensive administrative support for daily business operations Requirements Proven experience as a Marketing Assistant or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work (Applicants must submit portfolios) Demonstrated skills in social media management and content creation, with proficiency in Canva for graphic design Strong English communication and grammar skills, with the ability to work effectively during Chicago (CST) hours Experience with podcast production workflows is a bonus Prior experience working with US-based clients is an advantage and helps demonstrate adaptability to American business culture Why Join This Team?
