Payroll Associate

Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end processing of payroll, including data collection, validation, and reporting.
- Support billing processes, such as preparing invoices and reconciling billing records.
- Perform basic tax-related tasks (e.g., payroll tax computations, compliance checks, and simple documentation).
- Maintain accurate employee records and payroll databases.
- Address payroll-related inquiries from employees with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
- Assist in preparing reports and documentation needed for audits and government requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 1–2 years of experience in payroll, billing, or finance is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of payroll systems, billing processes, and taxation is preferred (training will be provided).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with HRIS or payroll software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work with numbers accurately.
- Good communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
