Salary Range : Open Work Setup : Onsite Shift Schedule : Day Shift Location : Ortigas We're hiring a Food Safety and Cleanliness (FSC) Rater Manager to oversee and uphold our high standards in our stores. We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in food service, with a distinct advantage for those with experience from major food chains. As the FSC Rater Manager, you will be responsible for the full implementation and rigorous auditing of our company's food safety, service, and cleanliness standards. Your role is crucial in ensuring that all our stores comply with both internal policies and local health regulations. Your Responsibilities: Conduct regular store audits to evaluate compliance with food safety and cleanliness protocols. Implement and refine standards and procedures for food handling, sanitation, and customer service. Provide training and coaching to store teams to improve their adherence to quality standards. Create detailed reports on audit findings and recommend corrective actions. Collaborate with store managers to address and resolve any identified issues promptly. Stay updated on local and national food safety regulations to ensure continuous compliance. What we're looking for: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Food Technology, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related course) is preferred. Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the food service industry. Knowledge of and experience with Philippine food safety regulations is essential.
