- Monitor the progress of opportunities and guide the team in closing deals.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects.
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Implement and optimize sales processes and methodologies to improve efficiency.
- Identify areas for automation and technology enhancement to streamline sales operations.
- Provide regular sales performance reports and insights to executive leadership.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Graduate of any business-related courses.
- With at least 15-20 years of sales or business development experience with proven leadership capacity.
- Preferably, with experience in telco sales and with existing network of banking, FI and conglomerate clients.
- Candidate must be willing to report 100% on-site in BGC.
