The Facilities Associate is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations and maintenance of company facilities. This role ensures that the workplace is clean, safe, and functional by assisting in repairs, inspections, coordination with service providers, and general upkeep of the building and office equipment. Responsibilities Assist in the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of office facilities, utilities, and equipment. Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify issues such as leaks, electrical problems, or safety hazards. Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for facility-related work. Support office relocations, furniture setup, and space arrangements. Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of work areas, common spaces, and storage rooms. Monitor and restock office and janitorial supplies as needed. Respond promptly to facility-related requests and maintenance concerns from employees. Maintain proper records of maintenance schedules, inventory, and facility reports. Assist in implementing safety and security policies within the premises. Perform other related administrative and operational duties as assigned. Job Requirements High school graduate or vocational course in building maintenance, electrical, mechanical, or related field (college level preferred). With experience in facilities management, building maintenance, or a similar role. Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and air-conditioning systems is an advantage. Physically fit and able to lift or move equipment and materials. Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Willing to work flexible hours or weekends if required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
