Facilities Associate - Pasig Giga Facilities Management Pasig City - National Capital Region - Philippines About the Role As a CBRE Facilities Associate, you’ll oversee team activities that coordinate with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure work orders are completed. This role is part of the Facilities Management functional area, focusing on the operations of a set of assets and supporting Property Managers with repairs and investment planning. What You’ll Do Serve as the point of contact for escalated communications between landlords, tenants, and service providers, ensuring procedures, policies, and reporting formats are understood and implemented. Allocate work orders and schedule repairs from requests. Review data from work order reports and create performance and progress status reports for management. Validate all work orders, proposals, and vendor paperwork for accuracy and compliance. Inspect rooms and furniture to identify repair or renovation needs. Fix minor malfunctions in office equipment. Research new services and appliances to facilitate operations. Gather and analyze data to solve complex problems with little or no precedent, and recommend new techniques. Impact your own team and other closely related teams. Suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions to enhance team efficiency. What You’ll Need High School Diploma or GED with 3‑4 years of job‑related experience. Comprehensive understanding of relevant processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within your job function. Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual or complex content concisely and logically. In‑depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Strong organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset. Advanced math skills, including ability to calculate percentages, discounts, and markups.
