Job Description Job Purpose Responsible for greeting, welcoming of visitors as well as general office duties. Duties and Responsibilities Answering the main telephone line and direct calls to the appropriate employee Greet, welcome and logging of visitors Receive, sort, distribute and process incoming/outgoing mail Track, order, receive and stocking of office supplies (including kitchen and breakroom supplies) Understand and comply with Information Security and HIPAA policies and procedures at all times Additional duties and projects as assigned Qualifications Welcoming and friendly demeanor Professional appearance and attitude Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Strong organizational skills Punctual and dependable Must be a team player Proficiency with Microsoft Office Knowledge of customer services principles and practices Working Conditions Work Set-Up: Onsite Work Schedule: Day, mid or night shift; must be flexible to accommodate business needs While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to move around the work area-- Sit, perform manual tasks; operate tools and other office equipment such as computer, computer peripherals and telephones; extend arms; kneel; talk and hear The employee must be able to follow directions, to get along with others, and handle stress The noise level in the work environment is usually minimal #J-18808-Ljbffr
