Job Description

Job Purpose

Responsible for greeting, welcoming of visitors as well as general office duties.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answering the main telephone line and direct calls to the appropriate employee
  • Greet, welcome and logging of visitors
  • Receive, sort, distribute and process incoming/outgoing mail
  • Track, order, receive and stocking of office supplies (including kitchen and breakroom supplies)
  • Understand and comply with Information Security and HIPAA policies and procedures at all times
  • Additional duties and projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • Welcoming and friendly demeanor
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Punctual and dependable
  • Must be a team player
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of customer services principles and practices

Working Conditions

  • Work Set-Up: Onsite
  • Work Schedule: Day, mid or night shift; must be flexible to accommodate business needs
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to move around the work area-- Sit, perform manual tasks; operate tools and other office equipment such as computer, computer peripherals and telephones; extend arms; kneel; talk and hear
  • The employee must be able to follow directions, to get along with others, and handle stress
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually minimal
