Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Experience Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of planning and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management tools, CRM systems).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation software (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Competence in using graphic design tools or working with design teams (e.g., Adobe Suite, Canva).
  • Data analysis and reporting skills using Excel, Tableau, or similar tools.
Soft Skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
