Overview

Finance Systems Support Associate at ReliefWeb, Mandaluyong, National Capital Region, Philippines. You will work under the guidance of the Finance Systems Team Lead and/or Finance Systems Manager to provide business and technical support for SunSystems across the Partnership. You will assist with global projects and initiatives related to SunSystems.

Responsibilities
  • Provide business and technical support for SunSystems across the Partnership.
  • Assist the Finance Systems Team Lead and/or Manager on global projects and initiatives related to SunSystems.
  • Develop general templates and partnership reports, including gathering requirements, collecting and analyzing data, coordinating with stakeholders, and managing the process through testing, implementation, and deployment.
  • Perform regular system maintenance and support the integration of SunSystems with other systems.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's/University Degree in IT (e.g., Computer Engineering & Computer Science).
  • 2-4 years of technical experience with SunSystems and PMQA, or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years of strong technical/IT training experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel; basic SQL Script and Macros experience.
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in customer support.
  • Effective communication skills; ability to work productively with customers and stakeholders across time zones and cultures.
