JOB DESCRIPTION FOR FINANCE ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST

We are seeking a proactive and detail -oriented Finance Receivable Specialist to join our Finance Department on a full -time basis. The Finance Assistant will be responsible for a range of accounting and administrative functions, with a strong focus on accounts receivable management, collections, client coordination, manual invoicing, and month -end and year -end reporting. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external clients to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

•Prepare and process manual client invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely issuance.

•Monitor accounts receivable, track payment schedules, and follow up with clients to ensure timely collections.

•Communicate with clients regarding billing concerns, payment status, and account reconciliation.

•Resolve customer queries and issue adjustments as required.

•Build cooperative relations with customers (and internally) to optimize the earliest receipt of monies.

•Assist in month -end and year -end closing activities, including the preparation of financial schedules and summaries.

•Maintain organized and accurate financial records, reports, and supporting documentation.

•Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

•Perform other finance -related and administrative duties as may be assigned.

•Timely resolution of Finance Tickets and root causes is minimized.

Qualifications:

•Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

•At least 1 year of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or general accounting.

•Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.

•Experience using Xero is a plus.

•Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in coordinating with clients.

•Highly organized, detail -oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

•Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
