The HR Specialist will be involved in a broad range of HR functions, mainly benefits administration and performance management. He / She will act as a point of contact for employees on HR-related matters and assist in ensuring a positive and compliant work environment.

The HR Specialist will be involved in a broad range of HR functions, with a focus on benefits administration and performance management. This role serves as a point of contact for employees on HR-related matters and supports the creation of a positive and compliant work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Support benefits administration and performance management processes.
  • Serve as a primary contact for employees on HR-related matters.
  • Assist in maintaining a positive and compliant work environment.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Hands-on experience in different HR functions, with at least 2 years of experience
  • Effective communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to foster positive relationships and inspire employee growth
  • Willing to do field work if needed
  • Willing to report on-site from Monday to Friday, 8:30AM to 6:30PM at Bagumbayan, Quezon City near Eastwood City
