As a Technical Sales Engineer at Go Fabricate Co., you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and success. This full‑time position is based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, and will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, proposing tailored solutions, and securing new business opportunities. What You'll Be Doing Proactively identify and reach out to potential customers within the target market. Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand customer requirements. Develop and present customised proposals and solutions that address the customer's challenges. Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and provide excellent post‑sales support. Collaborate with the technical and production teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Actively participate in industry events and trade shows to promote the company's products and services. Contribute to the development and implementation of the sales strategy. What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical sales or consultative sales role, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector. Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand complex product specifications and manufacturing processes. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions to customers. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
