Talent Attraction Specialist @ OSF Digital | Hiring Salesforce People within the Philippines

As a Functional Consultant, you will be a key member of the Salesforce Practice, utilising your unique set of skills and experience to deliver quality outcomes for our clients. A respected consultant and Salesforce.com advocate, you will provide high-end consultancy services across the SDLC with specific focus on analysis, solution design, hands-on configuration and delivery. Building strong relationships are integral to the role, providing trusted advice and guidance to clients, partners and OSF Digital team. It is expected that you will work with OSF Digital to develop and maintain methodologies, tools and best practices to ensure high quality, repeatable processes for the delivery of Salesforce consulting services.

Responsibilities
  • Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Understand client business needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
  • Solution Design: Design scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions that align with client requirements and industry best practices.
  • Configuration and Customization: Configure Salesforce applications and customize them using declarative tools to meet specific business needs.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of Salesforce configurations, customizations, and processes.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders to manage expectations, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction with the Salesforce solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhancements within the Salesforce environment.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensure that Salesforce solutions comply with organizational policies and industry regulations, maintaining data security and privacy.
Requirements
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve technical and functional challenges.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and technology advancements.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in solution design and implementation.
  • Leadership: Leadership skills to guide and mentor junior consultants and contribute to team development.
Skill Set
  • Salesforce Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud etc.
  • Configuration and Declarative Skills: Configuring and customizing applications using declarative tools
  • Salesforce Flow: Expertise in designing and implementing Salesforce Flows for process automation and complex business logic.
  • Data Management: Skills in data migration, data cleansing, and data integration using tools like Data Loader and third-party ETL tools.
  • Integration Knowledge: Understanding of Salesforce with other systems in terms of integration
  • Business Analysis: Ability to conduct business analysis and gather requirements to design effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Project Management Tools: Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA and Trello for tracking and managing tasks.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Salesforce environment.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Certified Administrator, Certified Platform App Builder.
  • Certifications such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and/or any other related Certifications is a plus
