What You'll Do

Be part of our client's team as a Salesforce Administrator and play a key role in supporting Salesforce operations. You will manage user access, maintain data integrity, build reports and dashboards, troubleshoot issues, and document processes—helping clients achieve operational excellence and sustainable business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Provide Salesforce.com support for GrowthSmart clients
  • Manage user profiles, roles, and hierarchies
  • Troubleshoot system issues and errors
  • Create and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards
  • Create and maintain detailed process and configuration documentation
Employment Details
  • Employment Type: Full-time
  • Shift: Training: Mon-Fri, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. PST; Post-training: Flexible 40 hrs/week, with required availability 3:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m. PST, 3 days per week
  • Work Setup: Permanent WFH

What You'll Bring
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on Salesforce.com administration experience
  • Proven expertise in creating and managing user profiles, roles, and hierarchies
  • Proficiency in assigning and managing permission sets
  • Strong experience in data management, including duplicate handling, Data Loader, and Import Wizard
  • Ability to build, optimize, and troubleshoot Salesforce flows (simple to complex)
  • Solid troubleshooting and debugging skills
  • Ability to create and maintain clear process and configuration documentation
  • Proven ability to manage cases, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines independently
  • Experience creating and maintaining Salesforce reports and dashboards
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning UI and Classic migrations
  • Knowledge of AppExchange tools, APIs, and integrations
  • Understanding of field-level security, sharing rules, and Salesforce Shield
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and collaboration skills
