Assist in scheduling, training, and evaluating employees. Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and promptly. Oversee cash handling, POS operations, and banking procedures. Monitor inventory levels and support with stock ordering, receiving, and loss prevention. Step in as acting Store Manager during their absence. Ensure compliance with all company procedures, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
