Key Responsibilities: Review reconciliations, financial reports, and transactions to ensure accuracy and proper classification. Oversee the month-end close process and ensure deadlines are consistently met. Escalate and resolve accounting issues with clients or internal team members. Verify the completion of bookkeeping tasks and maintain high-quality financial records. Prepare client billing invoices and process vendor bills in Melio and Bill.com. Assist in preparing payroll and related reporting. Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy Qualification and requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 4+ years of hands-on QuickBooks Online experience. Experience working with U.S. companies across industries. Ability to manage multiple client companies simultaneously. Proficiency with QuickBooks Online, Melio, Bill.com, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Excel. Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP principles. Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills Bonus Points For: Experience in public accounting or outsourced bookkeeping. Familiarity with payroll platforms (Gusto, ADP, Paychex). Background supporting small businesses or nonprofits Proficiency with QuickBooks Online, Melio, Bill.com, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Excel. Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP principles. Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
