We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance to ensure accurate financial records and support strategic business decisions. Location: Mandaluyong, PhilippinesWork Mode: Work From OfficeRole: Senior Accountant What You'll Do Manage general ledgers, journal entries, accruals, and monthly reconciliations for assigned properties.Review transactions for accuracy, ensure proper invoice coding in Yardi, and monitor tenant chargebacks.Address tenant inquiries, oversee delinquencies, and participate in CAM/tax true-ups and audits.Prepare timely financial reports, forecasts, budgets, and supporting analyses, including variance explanations.Assist with tax compliance, external audits, and year-end closing activities.Contribute to process improvements, Yardi projects, and the annual budget cycle. What We're Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; professional accounting designation preferred.At least 3 - 5 years of solid experience in US commercial real estate accounting.Knowledge with US income tax rules and regulations is a plus.Fluent in English, both written and verbalStrong accounting background with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Familiarity with Yardi Voyager is an advantage.
