Responsibilities

  1. Main contact person between the Owners and branch team for updates, reports, and concerns.
  2. Consolidate and monitor daily sales reports from all kiosks with Back Office Support to ensure accuracy and timely submission.
  3. Prepare monthly financial summaries and store performance updates for management meetings.
  4. Monitor inventory usage across all branches and coordinate timely ordering of supplies with Back Office Support to avoid shortages.
  5. Maintain organized records of sales, expenses, timekeeping, and payment requests, ensuring proper documentation with receipts.
  6. Review and sign off on all budget requests, payments, overtime work extensions, and verify receipt documentation.
  7. Support internal management in planning and overseeing store operations to meet daily business needs.
  8. Carry out tasks and instructions assigned by the President.
  9. Handle operational issues such as customer complaints or feedback and resolve them promptly.
  10. Ensure store cleanliness and uphold its quality image, including overseeing repairs and equipment maintenance.
  11. Prepare the weekly staff schedule and daily task list for operations; assist with shift management, deliveries, and restocking.
  12. Ensure permits, licenses, and business documents are updated and renewed; track health and safety compliance.
  13. Respond to operational requests from branch staff (equipment, stock orders, forms, and concerns) and communicate updates or memos from management to kiosk teams.
  14. Have exclusive access to the Back Office POS (Storehub) for sales reports, adding employees, adding new products, and setting up Storehub units at the store.
  15. Support marketing promotions and relay related information to personnel.
  16. Record daily sales, monitor cash flow, and submit accurate reports to management.
  17. Ensure excellent customer service by handling customer feedback, concerns, or complaints professionally.
  18. Check food preparation and serving to ensure they meet quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
  19. Onboard new hires and provide training on food preparation, safety, and customer service.
  20. Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of the stall, equipment, and facilities.
  21. Address and resolve issues such as equipment malfunctions, stock shortages, or customer complaints in real-time.
  22. Support R&D on food product innovation, assisting in the development and testing of new menu items, improving existing products, and ensuring they meet quality and customer satisfaction standards.
Qualifications
  • Must have at least 3-5 years of experience in the food industry
  • Diploma required
