Urgent Hiring - Executive Assistant for Remote - Hybrid Set-up

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • 1-2 years' experience in an administrative role in any industry
  • Candidates with BPO experience are an advantage
  • A high level of spoken and written business English: the ability to use the language fluently and accurately on all levels and as normally pertinent to professional needs; the ability to understand and participate in conversations within the range of one’s personal and professional experience with fluency and precision
  • Excellent time management skills: ability to prioritize work and multi-task to complete tasks efficiently
  • Can handle research, preparation of presentations, data entry, maintenance and monitoring of memberships, online accounts, and bills payable
  • Proficiency in MS Office and web-based applications
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong customer service mindset and ability to anticipate others’ needs
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to understand information quickly
  • Ability to work efficiently, think clearly, and solve tasks accurately under pressure
  • Pro-active and resourceful self-starter
  • Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced technology environment
  • Quiet home workspace, a laptop, a smartphone, and a reliable internet connection of 10 Mbps or higher
