Marketing Assistant — Urgent Hiring

Job Description

Location options: Llano, Caloocan City; PASAY (hybrid schedule).

Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and implement market surveys to obtain data that provides insights into market trends and consumer requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team, Chefs and Creatives.
  • Develop marketing strategies and execute plans for new and existing F&B concepts/products, including events, traditional media relations, social media marketing, aggregator collaborations (Grab/Food Panda), website traffic initiatives, and influencer collaborations.
  • Analyze post-marketing plan execution results, following KPI and ROAS targets.
  • Stay connected with the market to anticipate trends that could impact or be applied to the business.
  • Oversee the design and publication of promotional materials such as ad posts and flyers.
  • Monitor product performance in the market and adjust marketing strategies as needed.
Qualifications
  • Must be a Graduate of B.S. Marketing (Bachelor’s degree required).
  • Well experienced in the F&B industry (Restaurant) as Marketing Assistant Manager or Marketing Manager.
  • Analytical, creative with excellent communication skills; flexible with good characteristics.
  • Willing to be trained and able to start immediately.
  • Canva knowledge/experience is preferred.
  • Must have transcript of records or a copy of grades.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Schedule and Compensation
  • Schedule: Day shift (hybrid options may apply).
  • Salary: Php 25,000.00 – Php 30,000.00 per month.
