Job Description Develop and implement labor relations strategies to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, including addressing grievances and resolving conflicts. Lead negotiations and discussions with labor unions and employee representatives. Provide guidance and training to management on labor relations policies and best practices. Monitor changes in labor laws and update policies and procedures accordingly. Prepare and maintain documentation related to labor relations activities and agreements. Collaborate with other departments to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Support the Human Resources team in creating initiatives that promote employee engagement and satisfaction. The Successful Applicant A successful Labor Relations Manager should have: A strong background in labor relations and employee conflict resolution. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations within the Technology & Telecoms industry. Experience in negotiating with labor unions or employee representatives. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
