Brief Qualifications & Primary Job Descriptions: The Area Sales Executive (Individual Contributor) is responsible for generating revenue growth by acquiring and managing corporate accounts. This position requires both strategic planning and hands‑on sales execution to deliver customized travel solutions that meet business objectives. Duties and Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Execution Develop and execute sales strategies targeting corporate clients to meet revenue goals and expand the customer base across new industries. Client Consultation Evaluate corporate travel requirements and recommend personalized travel solutions aligned with client objectives. Proposal Management Prepare accurate and competitive proposals while coordinating with internal teams to design tailored travel packages. Revenue Optimization Monitor sales trends, adjust pricing strategies, and work with the finance team to maintain profitability. Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary contact for B2B clients, offering MICE and other value‑added travel services. Conduct periodic account reviews to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Market & Competitor Insight Keep abreast of market developments and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and sustain a competitive advantage. Cross‑Functional Collaboration Coordinate with operations, marketing, and finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Reporting & Insights Track performance metrics and provide management with actionable insights to support decision‑making. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field (MBA preferred) 2–3 years of sales experience, ideally in corporate travel or B2B environments Demonstrated success in client management and revenue generation Skills and Competencies Excellent client relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills Strategic thinker with strong multitasking and organizational abilities Familiarity with CRM systems, travel platforms, and Microsoft Teams/SharePoint is advantageous Results‑oriented, adaptable, collaborative, and accountable Location: BGC, Taguig #J-18808-Ljbffr
