Maintain up-to-date documentation of quality assurance activities and procedures. Organize training sessions to educate employees about quality standards and policies. Monitor production processes and propose corrective actions for quality lapses. Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for quality improvement and innovation. Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics, highlighting trends and areas of concern. Support the development of testing methodologies to assess product/service quality. Ensure all regulatory requirements are met in compliance with industry standards. Assist in the creation and updating of quality control manuals and processes. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field. Proven experience in a quality assurance or control role within a similar industry. Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for diverse audiences. Understanding of quality assurance tools and methodologies is highly desirable. Ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve quality objectives. Certification in quality assurance, such as CQIA, is considered a plus.
