Production Quality Engineer This role is key in ensuring production processes are efficient and meet the highest quality standards. You will collaborate closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to implement and maintain quality management systems. Your mission is to identify and troubleshoot any quality issues that arise during production and develop solutions to prevent future occurrences. With a focus on continuous improvement, you will use data‑driven analysis to recommend changes that enhance product reliability and lifecycle. Responsibilities Develop and implement quality control processes to enhance production quality standards. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry‑specific quality regulations and standards. Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve production and design‑related quality issues. Monitor production processes and provide suggestions for improvement in efficiency and quality. Analyze production data to identify trends and areas needing improvement. Investigate customer complaints and quality failures to develop corrective and preventive actions. Train production and quality staff on quality control procedures and best practices. Maintain and update quality documentation, including quality manuals, process documents, and inspection records. Facilitate and manage root cause analysis meetings to resolve quality discrepancies. Support new product introductions by establishing appropriate quality standards and processes. Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in production quality engineering. Ensure all equipment and tools used in production meet established quality standards. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Minimum of three years’ experience in a production quality engineering role. Strong understanding of quality control standards and regulatory requirements. Proficiency in using quality management software and analytical tools. Excellent problem‑solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with different teams. Attention to detail and a commitment to continually improving quality processes.
