Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for retail branding and customer experience. Knowledge of current retail trends and consumer preferences. Key Responsibilities: Brand Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Brand Manager to help develop and implement brand strategies that reflect the company's vision and resonate with the target market. Market Research: Conduct regular market research to monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to ensure that brand strategies are relevant and effective. Campaign Management: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of in-store and online promotional campaigns, ensuring brand consistency across all retail touchpoints. Brand Communication: Assist in brand messaging for various channels, including point of sale materials, email newsletters, social media, and the company website. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team, marketing team, and product development teams to ensure the brand’s story is consistently communicated in every customer interaction. Customer Engagement: Analyze customer feedback and engage with store personnel to understand how the brand is perceived and how to improve customer engagement with the brand. Brand Performance: Track and report on the performance of brand-related campaigns, promotions, and initiatives, using insights to recommend improvements. Vendor and Partner Relations: Assist in coordinating with external vendors, suppliers, and partners for promotional materials, events, and branding projects. #J-18808-Ljbffr
