Job Summary

As a key team member on our AI CX team, you will strategically design and optimize conversational AI solutions on the WIZ AI Talkbot Platform. This senior role requires a powerful blend of technical expertise, project leadership, and a deep understanding of customer experience to drive large-scale projects, mentor junior designers, and establish best practices for end-to-end conversation design.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end conversational design life-cycle from initial client discovery and strategic planning to final implementation and ongoing optimization.
  • Aligning with customer teams on strategic business objectives and providing expert guidance on conversational design solutions.
  • Define, develop, and lead the comprehensive quality assurance strategy, including test suite design, corpus validation, and advanced exploratory testing.
  • Strategically monitor and optimize the AI conversation experience through in-depth analytics and user feedback, implementing solutions to enhance user interactions and resolve issues.
  • Establish and document robust conversation design workflows and best practices to improve team efficiency and design quality.
  • Mentor, train, and guide junior conversation designers, fostering their professional growth and development.
  • Collaborate closely with different stakeholders to identify and drive platform enhancements based on project needs.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in conversation design, product management, customer success manager, business analyst, chatbot designer.
  • Demonstrated experience in defining and optimizing conversation design workflows and processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills, with the ability to articulate complex design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven expertise in a leadership or managerial role, including leading project teams and mentoring colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to design and optimization.
  • Experience with software, chatbot, or analyst testing is a significant plus.
