Job Purpose Serve as a senior‐level design specialist and subject‑matter expert. Provide strategic design guidance, ensuring high quality, brand‑aligned visual outputs. Mentor team members and collaborate with the Team Leader to align standards and best practices. Advocate design as a strategic business driver; anticipate future trends and champion innovation. Measure impact through brand equity, market differentiation, and adoption of enterprise design standards. Lead organizational change across cross‑functional teams, including restructuring and process improvement. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to understand and deliver on strategic requirements. Demonstrate strong business acumen, collaborative mindset, and future leadership potential. Responsibilities Act as a design authority, delivering high quality, brand‑aligned visual outputs across all projects. Execute complex design tasks and provide expert‑level guidance. Mentor and coach graphic designers, supporting their growth in skills and creative problem solving. Collaborate with the Team Leader to align design standards, methodologies, and best practices. Review and give constructive feedback on design work for consistency, quality, and innovation. Serve as a go‑to resource for design decisions, tools, and techniques. Support cross‑functional collaboration with stakeholders to meet business needs. Improve design processes, tools, and templates continuously. Keep current with industry trends, tools, and technologies. Assist onboarding of new designers. Set long‑term visual communication strategy and enterprise design direction. Knowledge & Experience Minimum of 10 years leading a team of at least 10 members. More than 10 years in graphics/multimedia design. Bachelor’s degree in Arts/Design, Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media or equivalent. Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Video editing experience (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Media Encoder). UI/UX knowledge or experience is a plus. Strong portfolio across print and digital assets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Comprehensive knowledge of performance metrics related to design quality and innovation. Key Qualifications Handle confidential information with discretion. Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills. Strong communication skills, able to convey technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders. Leadership ability: motivate, mentor, and influence without direct authority. Highly organized with effective time‑management across multiple projects. Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
