Overview Are you a driven communicator with a passion for sales and building business relationships? We’re looking for a proactive B2B Lead Generation Specialist to help expand our reach in the food service industry. In this role, you’ll identify and qualify potential clients — including restaurants, distributors, and institutional food buyers — and play a key part in driving our sales growth. You’ll be responsible for researching prospects, managing lead data, and engaging with decision-makers through multiple channels. We’re seeking someone detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment. Job Highlights Hourly Rate: Php 300-350Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 20+ hours per weekSchedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Eastern Time)Work Arrangement: Work from homeClient Timezone: Eastern Time (Boston)Contract: Independent Contractor Side Note: Since this is a permanent work‑from‑home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process. Responsibilities Generate qualified leads for B2B sales targeting restaurants, distributors, and institutional food buyers. Research and identify potential prospects in the food service industry. Input lead information and maintain accurate records in spreadsheets and databases. Engage with prospects through various communication channels. Qualify leads based on established criteria and company requirements. Support the sales pipeline development process. Perform additional tasks as the role expands based on performance and business needs. Requirements Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal). Previous sales experience, preferably in B2B contexts. Ability to work during US business hours (Eastern Time Zone preferred). Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic database management. Self‑motivated and able to work independently. Strong research and organizational skills.
