Job Description As a Marketing Specialist - B2B Lead Generation, you will own strategies that fuel the sales pipeline—from building audiences and launching email campaigns to optimizing results and nurturing prospects. Visit Free 24/7 access to our office gyms (Ortigas and Makati) with a free physical fitness trainer Exclusive Emapta Lifestyle perks (hotel and restaurant discounts, and more) Unlimited opportunities for employee referral incentives across the organization Standard government and Emapta benefits Total of 20 annual leaves to be used on your own discretion (including 5 credits convertible to cash) Fun engagement activities for employees Mentorship and exposure to global leaders and teams Career growth opportunities Diverse and supportive work environment The Qualifications We Seek 3-5 years of experience in lead generation, demand generation, or digital marketing roles with experience using HubSpot or Apollo Hands‑on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred) Strong skills in email marketing and audience segmentation Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, list‑building tools, and B2B data enrichment platforms (Apollo preferred) Familiarity with marketing automation and lead nurturing best practices Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret campaign data and optimize performance Analytical mindset with experience tracking campaign performance and optimizing based on data Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self‑starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment Preferred Background in B2B/enterprise marketing Experience aligning marketing campaigns with sales objectives Knowledge of SEO, paid search, and social advertising as complementary lead‑gen channels Your Daily Tasks Audience Building & Management Develop and maintain segmented prospect databases across industries, personas, and engagement Leverage tools and platforms (CRM, marketing automation, LinkedIn, list‑building tools) to expand audience reach Segment and maintain contact lists to ensure accurate targeting and personalization Email Marketing Plan, create, and deploy email campaigns that nurture leads through the funnel Monitor performance (deliverability, open/click rates, conversions) and optimize campaigns for engagement Own A/B testing strategy for subject lines, content, and CTAs Develop and manage automated email nurturing sequences to guide leads through the buyer's journey Ensure email content aligns with brand messaging and supports broader marketing and sales objectives Reporting & Optimization Track lead generation metrics (MQLs, conversion rates, CPL, ROI) and deliver actionable insights Implement best practices and continuously test new channels or tactics to improve performance Why We Stand Out Among the Rest Join Emapta, recognized as one of the Top 20 Dream Companies for Filipinos in 2024.
