Cabin Crew Records & Admin Overview Cebu Pacific’s Customer Service Operations Team is dedicated to delivering exceptional airport and inflight experience. As a Cabin Crew Records & Admin, you will support the cabin crew lifecycle, manage documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Primary Responsibilities Update APE results (Fit to Fly Certificate) and medical certificates in AIMS; ensure scanning and filing. Coordinate maternity and sick leave attendance with HRD. Prepare and encode APE request letters, Fit to Fly Certificates, and official resignation letters for cabin crew. Email People Department for timely distribution of uniforms and equipment. Oversee distribution and monthly inventory of crew uniforms and accessories; ensure accurate deliveries and receipt filing. Manage fun flight prizes, including documentation of damages and weekly monitoring to prevent losses. Update cabin crew information in AIMS, including API registration, visa, and bank details. Handle Chinese Visa applications and assist with regulatory manual submissions; ensure distribution of updates to all relevant personnel. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (preferably in psychology, business administration, tourism management, or a related field). 2-4 years of administrative experience in the airline industry. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office applications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal aptitude. Organized with keen attention to detail and ability to work within timelines/deadlines. Valid work visa or legal authorization to work in the Philippines.
