As a Service Crew member, you'll play a versatile role in delivering excellent customer experiences by handling both customer-facing and kitchen responsibilities. Your duties will include managing cashier transactions, preparing and serving food, and supporting kitchen operations. You'll be essential in keeping the workplace clean, organized, and efficient while helping ensure smooth daily operations and supporting overall sales performance through accurate order handling and product availability.

Key Responsibilities:

Front-of-House (Cashiering & Order Management):

  • Process customer orders accurately using the POS system and issue official receipts.
  • Keep menus updated on Alfred and third-party delivery platforms regarding item availability.
  • Maintain well-organized transaction records and support basic administrative tasks.

Back-of-House (Kitchen Duties):

  • Prepare ingredients and cook menu items following standard recipes and quality guidelines.
  • Operate kitchen equipment properly and safely.
  • Ensure food is consistently prepared, portioned, and presented to company standards.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in line with health and safety regulations.

Teamwork & Store Operations:

  • Work closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure orders are fulfilled promptly.
  • Contribute to overall store efficiency while maintaining high standards in Cleanliness, Quality, Service, Maintenance, and Atmosphere (CQSMA).

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Accurate and well-documented transaction records
  • Timely issuance of receipts and prompt order fulfillment
  • Quick and consistent food preparation
  • Strict adherence to food safety and hygiene practices
  • Effective teamwork and communication with colleagues

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced food service or kitchen environment
  • Skilled in POS operation, kitchen tools, and basic cooking tasks
  • Flexible to work shifts and a 6-day workweek
  • Physically fit to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
  • Knowledgeable in food safety and sanitation standards
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks under pressure
