Yacht attendants play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of guests on board a yacht. Work Content:
*Guest Services: Welcome guests aboard, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere. Provide information about the yacht's facilities and amenities. Attend to guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
*Housekeeping: Maintain cleanliness and tidiness throughout the yacht, including guest cabins, common areas, and dining spaces. Make beds, change linens, and ensure cabins are well-prepared for guests.
*Table Service: Set and serve meals in a formal or casual dining setting, depending on the yacht's style. Ensure proper table settings and presentation, considering guests' preferences and dietary restrictions.
*Beverage Service: Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and nonalcoholic drinks. Monitor and manage the yacht's bar inventory, restocking as necessary.
*Guest Assistance: Assist guests with embarkation and disembarkation procedures. Provide support for recreational activities and water sports, coordinating with other crew members.
*Inventory Management: Keep track of supplies, including linens, toiletries, and dining ware. Communicate with the yacht's management to ensure timely replenishment of necessary items.
*Coordination with Crew: Collaborate with other crew members, such as chefs, deckhands, and captains, to ensure seamless operations. Participate in safety drills and emergency procedures, ensuring the well-being of guests. Communication Skills: Maintain clear and open communication with guests and crew. Anticipate and address guests' needs proactively to enhance their experience.
*Etiquette and Professionalism: Uphold high standards of etiquette and professionalism at all times. Adapt to the yacht's specific cultural expectations and guest demographics.
*Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable to changing situations, as yachting often involves varying itineraries and guest preferences.
Qualifications:
1. Female with pleasing personality; 25-40 years old
2. Proficient in English language
3. Have working experience in four/five-star hotels
4. Has excellent hospitality skills, attention to detail, ability to work well within the team to create a luxurious and enjoyable environment for guests on board.
5. Willing to work in yacht.
