As a Project Coordinator (KR), you will support the Sales-Operations team in managing international projects, particularly those involving Korean clients. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are analytical, tech-savvy, and eager to grow in a multicultural and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate sample-only projects from bidding to completion under the guidance of the Operations Team Lead. Review client requests and prepare quotations or proposals based on service capabilities. Communicate and coordinate with clients, internal teams, and external suppliers to ensure project success. Test surveys and troubleshoot basic technical or data-related issues. Identify potential risks and escalate concerns to the Operations Team Lead. Participate in meetings, reporting, and administrative support activities. Maintain professionalism and contribute positively to the company’s image. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field. Open to fresh graduates. Basic knowledge of the Korean language or willingness to learn. Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Willing to work on a night shift schedule to coordinate with global clients. Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable team player.
