Our Branch Banking Group is looking for experienced professionals to join us in multiple sites listed above in the role of Relationship Officer.

In this role, you will manage and grow client relationships by driving deposits through a personalized sales approach, cross-selling bank products, and providing proactive service. You will also ensure compliance with bank policies while addressing client needs promptly and effectively.

What the role will entail

  • Contribute to the stores overall sales acquisition, retention, and customer service strategy.
  • Grow managed accounts by selling and cross-selling products and services to qualified clients.
  • Strengthen client relationships through proactive communication and personalized service.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and bank policies while addressing client needs efficiently.

What we're looking for

  • Graduate of any Bachelors degree.
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Background in marketing bank products is an advantage.
  • Strong skills in sales, marketing, and portfolio management.
