Digital Sales and Marketing Specialist

Overview This role is pivotal in driving the next stage of growth for our organisation. As our Digital Sales and Marketing Specialist, you’ll be the beating heart of our global sales and marketing team, responsible for overseeing our full martech stack. You'll take ownership of the day-to-day marketing operations tasks, including email journeys, lead routing, performance tracking and more. This role is central to supporting growth acceleration by ensuring seamless marketing operations and automation. Key responsibilities Martech stack and automation - oversee our sales and marketing tools, build and optimise automation workflows, nurture sequences, digital advertising, and manage conversion tracking. Sales intelligence and lead generation - use AI-powered prospecting tools to identify and qualify potential customers, build targeted prospect lists based on ICP criteria and create automated workflows to pull fresh calling lists for sales reps daily/weekly. Data management and analytics - track and report on key sales and marketing metrics across all platforms, analyse performance and provide actionable insights, and ensure data accuracy and consistency between systems. About you We\'re looking for a digital marketing all-rounder with at least 5 years of hands-on, proven success in marketing operations, marketing automation, martech, or a similar role. To be successful in this role, you’ll have: A passion for data and digging into the detail, bringing together multiple data sources to help drive strategic insights A track record of developing and managing automation and digital marketing campaigns The ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams A deep curiosity to not only embrace new tools and technology, but also immerse yourself in our industry and customers The agility and autonomy required to thrive in a lean, fast-paced environment Experience with: Hubspot (required) Google marketing tools - Advertising, GA4 and Tag Manager (required) AI lead generation tools such as Linkedin Sales Navigator, Apollo and Clay AI (desirable) Wordpress and Elementor (desirable) We’re a small team who are doing big things in the logistics tech space.
