We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to take our brand’s digital presence to the next level. In this role, you will plan and manage powerful marketing campaigns that generate quality leads and increase online sales across our wholesale and supply/installation markets. You will create eye-catching content for web, email, and digital ads, design video promos, and build high-converting landing pages and product pages. With a deep knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and emerging AI search tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity, you will help us stay ahead of the curve and reach the right audiences with the right message. You will also take charge of our website, keeping content fresh, building new pages, managing our online store, and ensuring a seamless, engaging customer journey from click to conversion. Your analytical mind will come in handy as you track results, report on ROI, and fine-tune strategies based on real performance data. What We’re Looking For: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a digital marketing or advertising role. At least 3 years’ experience optimizing and managing Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI. Experience with website SEO focused on Google rankings. Proficient in web development, including website rebuilds, optimization, and creation of new websites and online stores. Familiarity with HubSpot, specifically in integrating website forms, reporting, and CRM connections. Willingness to work within Australasian time zones.
