Recruitment and Engagement Supervisor | Hiring aweSM Talents Job Responsibilities Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other voluntary benefits. Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries, serving as a point of contact for benefit-related questions. Coordinate with benefit providers to ensure accurate and timely processing of enrollments, terminations, and changes. Assist in maintaining and updating employee data within the HRIS, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Provide administrative support for the HRIS, including user access management, security settings, and system configurations. Prepare data visualizations, charts, and graphs to present HR metrics and analytics clearly and concisely. Serve as a point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries and provide ongoing support to users. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manipulate and interpret HR data. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders. Knowledge of HR processes, data management principles, and best practices. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion. Candidates must be willing to work on-site at MOA Complex, Pasay City.
