About the Role We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior IT Specialist to join our dynamic team at Multi Development And Construction Corporation (MDCC). As a Senior IT Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting and enhancing our organization's technology infrastructure and database systems. This full-time position is based in our Taguig City, Metro Manila office. What You'll Be Doing Providing technical expertise and support for the design, development, and maintenance of our database systems Implementing and optimizing database solutions to improve performance, reliability, and security Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand and address business requirements Automating database processes and tasks to enhance efficiency Troubleshooting and resolving complex database-related issues Conducting regular backups, monitoring, and maintenance of database environments Documenting and continuously improving database-related processes and procedures Sharing knowledge and providing training to junior members of the IT team Handle end to end process of Odoo system. What We're Looking For Minimum 5 years of experience in database development and administration, ideally in the construction or real estate industry. Proven expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing database solutions, including hands-on experience with ERP system. Strong understanding of database concepts, such as indexing, query optimization, and performance tuning Familiarity with agile development methodologies and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively Exceptional communication and documentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest database technologies and best practices Familiar with Odoo System.
