1. Lead Building Maintenance: • Oversee overall building maintenance, ensuring safety and operational compliance. • Develop maintenance schedules, planners, and team assignments. • Manage civil works, including structural assessments and repairs. • Supervise electrical systems maintenance, troubleshooting, and installations. • Design electrical upgrades in line with client requirements. • Coordinate mechanical systems maintenance, including repairs and installations. 2. Machine or Equipment Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal performance. 3. Evaluator & Special Projects: • Assess systems and equipment, recommend improvements, and lead facility upgrade projects. • Ensure requirements, budgets, and timelines are met, while coordinating with departments and purchasing for timely delivery. 4. Team Collaboration: Troubleshoot and repair equipment failures while coordinating with relevant teams on work-related needs, suggestions, and other facility concerns to ensure effective support. 5. Documentation and Transactions: • Manage transactions and communications with Clark Development Corporation (CDC) regarding PMS transformers. • Complete necessary paperwork for electrical works and CDC transactions, ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely. 6. Material Estimation: Estimate and prepare material requirements for maintenance and projects, coordinate with designers for approvals, and ensure compliance with standards and cost efficiency. 7. Responsible for providing facilities management support across multiple operations such as CW, GravyBaby, and others.
