Overview

Role Overview: The Marketing Insights Analyst provides critical data and consumer insights to guide our strategy and content decisions. You’ll turn user behavior, competitor benchmarks, and campaign performance into actionable recommendations that sharpen our market position and enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute market, competitor, and user research (quantitative and qualitative).
  • Build dashboards and regular reports for leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Partner with brand and performance teams to validate creative and channel effectiveness.
  • Identify growth opportunities based on emerging player behaviors or cultural shifts.
  • Monitor sentiment, social listening, and player feedback to inform messaging and content direction.
Qualifications
  • 2–4 years experience in consumer insights, marketing analytics, or business intelligence.
  • Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, Tableau, Excel, or PowerBI.
  • Strong storytelling skills — able to synthesize data into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Comfortable with designing surveys, focus groups, and competitor deep dives.
  • Bonus if experienced in gaming, e-commerce, or online community-based platforms.
