Market Analyst

Responsibilities
  • Collect, analyze, and maintain Philippine real estate market data using Cushman & Wakefield property databases.
  • Contribute to the creation and dissemination of regular market studies, reports, presentations, and press releases.
  • Support commissioned research and advisory projects, including proposal development aligned with client needs.
  • Assist in business development efforts and provide support to both local and global Cushman & Wakefield offices.
  • Prepare and present market insights for internal and external stakeholders, including quarterly reports and thought leadership materials.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Math, Accounting, or equivalent; postgraduate studies are an advantage.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in real estate or related fields (e.g., finance, investment brokerage). Exceptional new graduates may be considered.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with proficiency in Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for client-facing presentations; ability to collaborate effectively in a matrix organization.
