In this role, you will increase productivity, inspire and motivate junior employees, and optimize our company’s market share. Candidates for this role will be creative, charismatic, knowledgeable, and exceptionally well-versed in the latest sales and marketing techniques as well as tried-and-true practices.

Responsibilities
  1. Oversee day-to-day sales, monitoring, and forecasting
  2. Own ultimate responsibility for successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals
  3. Manage and coach the sales team—provide motivation and inspiration
  4. Set the precedent for excellence through leading by example
  5. Cultivate and deepen client relationships and partnerships that add value
  6. Develop and execute Go-to-Market strategy
  7. Marketing functions:
    1. Create marketing plans, campaigns and oversee implementation
    2. Increase brand awareness and leads through marketing campaigns
    3. Make recommendations based on competitive research
    4. Continually assess our marketing techniques and their efficacy in affecting sales
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  2. At least 1 year experience in sales management in a corporate setting
  3. Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  4. Proven ability in coaching a sales team
  5. Willing to work in Greenhills, San Juan
  6. Driven, committed to success while maintaining integrity
