The center operates in a hybrid setup, combining local talent with global standards to deliver high-quality service. Job Description The responsibilities of the Senior Lease Accountant are: Manage lease accounting processes in compliance with applicable standards, regulations, and lease agreements. Review shared facility expenses, other landlord charges, and lease-related costs to ensure accuracy and appropriateness. Prepare, analyze, and reconcile financial reports and lease payment records, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Conduct analytical reviews to identify anomalies, potential savings opportunities, and process improvement areas. Collaborate with internal teams to maintain accurate lease data, resolve discrepancies, and communicate key findings. Support audits by providing necessary documentation, explanations, and reconciliations. Compile and summarize review findings for discussions with the Center of Excellence team, landlords, and stakeholders. Stay informed on updates to lease accounting standards and apply them to maintain compliance and efficiency. The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Lease Accountant should have/be: Holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. Skilled in lease abstraction, lease reconciliation, and interpreting real estate terms Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and familiar with common lease management tools such as Lucernex or CoStar. Demonstrates strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project setting. Communicates effectively with stakeholders across global teams, both verbally and in writing.
