Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant – Tech Role The Talent Acquisition Consultant is the cultural representative of SiteMinder and our employer brand. This person engages with prospective employees in Manila for our engineering teams. Responsibilities Own end-to-end recruitment process for tech hiring in Manila, and other departments when needed. Develop and execute sourcing strategies that deliver top talent and align with business needs. Qualify quality candidates against company culture and role requirements. Partner with hiring managers: build trust, provide market insights, give advice, and keep them informed. Collaborate with the global TA team while working independently. Deliver a world‑class candidate experience from first contact. Drive social activity to increase brand awareness. Maintain records and provide reporting metrics to improve recruitment. Escalate potential issues and communicate with manager proactively. What You'll Have Previous experience hiring tech talent (software developers) in an in‑house recruitment role. Strong background in headhunting, sourcing, and building talent pipelines. Ability to influence and work with diverse stakeholders. High attention to detail in the ATS. Passion for delivering stellar candidate experience. Creative problem‑solving mindset. Capacity to handle pressure and multiple hiring objectives. Motivation to keep busy and learn. Enjoys working with people and candidates worldwide. Data‑driven and comfortable leading data‑based conversations. Excellent communication skills in English.
