What You Will Do

  • Supporting a global team of Product Specialists by facilitating resolution of data issues and participating in ad-hoc data projects.
  • Handling queries on data sets including estimates data, fundamentals, pricing, and ownership.
  • Working with the source provider to ensure client queries are resolved timely and accurately.
  • Documenting and tracking client interactions in Nasdaq's CRM system.
  • With increased experience, direct client engagement will become part of the role.

What We Expect

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/ Economics or related field; 2+ years in a shared services environment preferred.
  • Excellent English communication skills; ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment; strong customer service orientation.
  • Willing to work night shifts (8am-5pm US Pacific Time) and attend Nasdaq office in Taguig at least twice a week.
  • Knowledge of Capital Markets and data governance is a plus.
