What You’ll Do Own the Growth Funnel: Identify and prioritize the biggest opportunities across onboarding, activation, conversion, and retention. Deep dive into user behavior, friction points, and drop-offs using data and user research. Work with design and engineering to simplify flows, reduce time-to-value, and boost key conversion metrics. Design and run A/B tests and growth experiments across product surfaces. Collaborate with marketing and data teams to launch, track, and evaluate experiments. Rapidly test hypotheses while maintaining product quality and consistency. Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and support to align growth priorities. Report regularly on funnel performance, wins, and learnings. Champion a test-and-learn culture across the product team. Build from Zero: Help design and scale internal systems and processes around growth. Be ready to jump into research, QA, content, or even onboarding new users directly—whatever it takes to move the needle. Preferred Experience 3+ years of product management experience, ideally with a focus on growth or funnel optimization. Proven track record of increasing user activation, conversion, or retention. Strong experience with data tools, A/B testing frameworks, and behavioral analytics. Familiarity working closely with design, marketing, and engineering.
