You will play a vital role in maintaining smooth case operations, managing schedules, and ensuring clients receive timely and accurate updates. The position requires strong communication skills, excellent time management, and the ability to work confidently with intelligent. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage case files, ensuring all documents are properly organized and easily accessible Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, and external partners via calls, emails, and video meetings Monitor inboxes and phone calls, ensuring all inquiries are acknowledged and addressed promptly Follow up on leads and pending communications to ensure smooth case progress Assist attorneys in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and sending invitations Maintain professionalism in all interactions—both on and off camera—by adhering to business etiquette and representing the firm with integrity Dress in professional business attire during every shift to align with client standards and team culture Support high‑level clients and attorneys by anticipating needs and providing high‑quality administrative assistance Ensure timely follow‑ups and coordination between different stakeholders involved in each case Collaborate with internal teams to report case progress and contribute to strategic improvements Develop and implement scalable processes and tools to enhance consistency and clarity Required Skills & Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in legal, insurance, administrative, or case management roles Highly organized, with proven experience managing large volumes of documents and case files Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment Professional presence and demeanor; comfortable engaging with executives and attorneys Proficient in Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, OneDrive) Skilled in calendar management, scheduling, and coordination Reliable, responsive, and attentive to detail Bilingual not required; strong command of English is essential Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function Legal #J-18808-Ljbffr
